LES MILLS BODY PUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP give you a total
body workout. It will burn up 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the
scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation
and great music – helping you achieve much more than you could on your own!

LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH is a 30 minute high-intensitiy interval training class. This
workout is designed to strengthen and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell,
weighted plates and body weight all in one. GRIT STRENGTH is designed to blast all
major muscle groups.

BOXING This class will not only provide an awesome full-body workout but will
focus on proper boxing technique and form! Instructed by experienced boxers ONLY!
This class is the real deal! Build your confidence and learn how to defend yourself or
sharpen up that jab-hook combo all while working towards a strong, leaner body.

FUNCTIONAL FIT is a high intensity interval training delivered in multiple circuits and
focuses on functional movement patterns. It’s an efficient and challenging fat-burning
class, which works to build strength, stability, joint mobility and cardio fitness. Expect
kettlebells, battle ropes, burpees and much, much more!

YOGA is a series of yoga postures designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and
flexibility. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, how old your are, or how flexible. POWER YOGA
challenges your limits, both mentally and physically and teaches you to breathe through it.
This class will help your create a beautiful body, and will also help to develop a calm and centered
mind.

ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS This is the class to get your mid-section in shape. If tightening up
that waist and firming up the butt and legs is your goal, then this is the class for you. You’ll be
squatting and crunching your way into the best shape of your life!
DANCE get your body moving in our dance class today and shake of those calories towards a
slimmer, fitter you! This class is a mix of street, hip hop and funk full of high energy songs, moves
and choreography to get you moving. For all levels of dance experience!

MUMS & BUBS is a class specifically tailored for you and your young one! Designed to be a
